Simba Village Apartments is located in Ukunda, Diani Beach Road, Msambweni. A superior development of studios and 1, to 3 bedroom apartments designed in the Moorish style, set in a fabulous tropical garden, the centre point of which is a spacious swimming pool, about 350 m to the beach. These serviced apartments provide complete security, and all the benefits of a well- managed gated estate. The 1st phase was block B, swimming pool and gardens were built in 1992, 2nd phase Block C in 2011, 3rd block D in 2013 and finally block A in 2018.The fourth and final phase is currently being completed.
