The executive chef Claudio Panico brings on board years of experience and a unique culinary experience. His main aim is to bring out the different cultures and dishes found across Italy. He visits twice to train kitchen staff on the correct preparation techniques. He also imparts a traditional Italian cooking culture.

Moreover, the Italian restaurant has additional sitting space downstairs perfect for romantic evenings and private dinner parties. Additionally, it has a Downstairs bar activated for quicker service for clients sitting in that area. More sitting space is available outside overlooking the Greeenhouse mall. Perfect for couples or groups of 2 looking to have some drinks or a quick meal. The restaurant allows smoking.
